I feel...

I feel rather up to date in the world of technology... though I'm sure that means there's only more newer stuff right around the corner...

For now, though, I've got a good handle on things, I think...

I've got my Windows 7 Machine: "Hi. I'm Little Miss Modern and I'm a PC!". I love it. It's a LOT nicer than any other machine that I've ever had. Granted it's only been a couple weeks, but so far, so good.

The Windows 7 Movie Maker has allowed me to create and upload my first 2 movies to YOUtube (which you can do directly from the movie maker itself). Though I don't think I'll be using youtube for my uploads in the future because they're giving me issues with uploading audio.

I just downloaded Kindle for PC last night, and I've loaded it with a large amount of books (see previous blog) . I even managed to get the book that I'm currently reading for free. That was an accident, but I'm not complaining. Now it's a mouse click away and doesn't add any weight to my purse! :)

I have a BLOG that I'm successfully maintaining (or trying to) with what is, in my mind at least, a cute, catchy title...

I'm up to date on myspace (with 2 accounts that I maintain, one for personal and another for a business) and on twitter... with tweets that appear in the public timeline again...

I just recently learned how to use USTREAM. I'm excited to watch my church's Wednesday night service on there, since I'm not actually attending right now.

The icing on the cake is my GOOGLE READER. I haven't even had it for 24 hours yet, and I already think it's amazing. I love any online tool that puts everything all in one place. It's brilliant. Possibly more brilliant than me!

I feel really involved. More involved than I have in a while... now I need to somehow streamline all my accounts so I've got only one or two user names to log into everything. I think that will make life MUCH easier.
